The littlest snowman, Sam, is trying as hard as he can, but he can't quite get the hang of making snow. Down in Countryville, Sarah and Tommy and their animal friends are counting on him to bring frosty flakes and fun to their chilly, gray forest. Sam is worried. Will he be able to do it?
